Our litigation lawyers encourage and support alternative dispute resolution methods, but also understand that some matters by their nature demand formal proceedings and a judicial determination by a court. Debt recovery
We are experts in recovering money owed to our clients by individuals and companies.

- Summary judgment proceedings in the District Court and the High Court

We specialise in contesting estates in applications under the Family Protection Act 1955 and the Law Reform (Testamentary Promises) Act 1949, and also in defending such applications.
