Born and raised in Alfriston, Anne joined Inder Lynch in 2014 after a career in the Waikato/Bay of Plenty and Nelson.
Anne has diverse experience in the areas of Family Law, including Elder Law (the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Proceedings, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Wills and Estate Administration) and Relationship Property and Children. She also undertakes Court appointments as Lawyer for Child, and for Subject Person under the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act.
Anne lives in Tairua for half of the week and frequently sees clients there.
Her community participation in issues affecting the elderly, women and children culminated in NGO representation at the United Nations and a New Zealand Order of Merit. Anne’s community commitments have also seen her volunteer throughout her long career at the Citizens Advice Bureau and now within the Tairua Community.
