Who's eligible

Our discounted fee is available for up to two people purchasing a fee simple (freehold) property in their own names, with or without a mortgage from a registered bank and with one KiwiSaver withdrawal per person if required.

An additional fee of $400 inc GST will apply if the property is a cross-lease or on a unit title, and $230 inc GST for any additional workplace retirement scheme withdrawals.

We will confirm eligibility, pricing and our full terms and conditions before starting work on your purchase.
