Sarah is a Partner of the firm and a member of our Papakura Litigation team.
She completed a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree at Otago and Victoria Universities in 1988. After a period of employment, she subsequently completed a law degree with honours at the University of Auckland and was admitted to the Bar in 1999.
Sarah practices in Relationship Property Law, Employment Law and all aspects of Family Law and prides herself on providing prompt, practical advice. She regularly appears in court and has conducted hearings of up to 14 days duration. Sarah successfully argued the first economic disparity case in relationship property law.
Sarah has served on a number of New Zealand Law Society Committees and has been invited to give presentations to a number of organisations on Family and Employment Law.
Her interests include day walks, archery, theatre and movies.
