Mark Swan

Mark graduated with an LLB from the University of Otago in 2016.  Mark works in the litigation team and has appeared in the District and High Courts in relation to a broad range of civil and criminal matters.  Mark has experience in dealing with regulatory prosecutions under the Fair Trading and Resource Management Act.  Mark enjoys assisting clients to resolve disputes whether that be through a negotiated settlement or a favourable court judgment.

Outside of the Courtroom, Mark enjoys sailing, surfing and skiing.
