You Need A Will

March 2019

Recent statistics highlight that too many adults in New Zealand do not have a Will. We see the problems and the additional costs that can

arise for the family when a person dies without a Will.

Wills are intended to cover not only your assets (and who gets them) but also who will raise your children, who will care for your pets,

what is to happen at your funeral and whether you want to be buried or cremated.

The increase in the number of blended families make having a current Will even more important as couples have to consider each other,

their children and each other’s children from previous relationships.

Having made a Will you must ensure that you keep it up to date.
