Growing Our Practise

We are pleased to announce the appointment of three of our existing lawyers as Associates of our firm. This is an acknowledgement of the skills and expertise they each provide to the firm and our clients. We see their being appointed as Associates as a clear indication of their future prospects with our firm.

Our new Associates are:

Kate Brady. Kate is part of our General Law team, based in our Papakura office, with a focus on Property Law, Wills, Estate Administration and Trust Law. She graduated from the University of Auckland with Honours in Law in 2013 and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2015. Prior to working at Inder Lynch, Kate spent three years working for an international foreign trust company. Kate also has a Bachelor of Arts and is accomplished in both spoken and written Spanish. Born in the United Kingdom, Kate attended high school in Papakura and has lived in the area since 2004.

 

Ivan Dorofeev. Ivan graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Laws in 2014 and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2015. He practises in Property Law, Commercial Law, and Asset Protection, from our Pukekohe office. He has a range of experience including commercial acquisitions, private financing arrangements, subdivisions and transferrable development rights. Ivan grew up in Auckland but is originally from Russia. He is an active member in the Russian-speaking community and has been invited to conduct seminars on law in the Russian language. He resides locally.

Jaspreet Tangri. Jaspreet completed her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Waikato in 2014 and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in November 2015. She started her career in the Charitable Trust sector with a highly reputable Trust company, then joined Inder Lynch in early 2016. Jaspreet specialises in Property Law, Commercial Law, Wills and Estate Administration from our Manukau office. She was one of the presenters at our recent Client Presentation speaking on the topic of Wills. Being of Indian descent, Jaspreet is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi and can provide advice in these languages, if needed. Jaspreet also lives locally.
